Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend services. The role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Working within an agile environment, the engineer balances technical challenges with business needs to create scalable and efficient software products that meet evolving requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex software features ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to maintain high-quality deliverables and timely project completion.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot, React.js.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, React.js.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating with various backend services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies in a cloud-first environment.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
