HR Generalist with French

Support HR activities across the employee lifecycle, ensuring that employee requests, records, documentation, and transactions are managed accurately and on time.

Job location: Bucharest, hybrid work model, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.

Your mission:

• Manage employee onboarding, HR requests, employment documentation, and support teams.
• Administer leave, absence, probation, and employee exit processes.
• Provide French-language support for recruitment and onboarding activities, including interview scheduling, inquiries, identity verification, and voicemail follow-up.
• Process and verify HR documents, data, and transactions according to relevant procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with employees, managers, candidates, and internal teams, escalating complex cases and service risks when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• French and English – B2 level.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 6 months of professional experience.
• Professional communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to organize activities and meet established deadlines.
• Interest in HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
