Our PPD® Laboratory Services team has a direct impact on improving patient health through the expertise of scientists, industry thought-leaders and therapeutic experts. Purpose:

Collaborate with project or program leads to design, develop, deliver, and improve learning products, programs, and services. The role focuses on supporting project teams, creating varied support materials, and managing small projects to enhance learning program capabilities and refine internal processes. This position aims to measurably improve corporate readiness, performance, and quality.

Major Job Responsibilities

• Train new and existing employees based on business need..
• Collaborates with project or program leads to develop, deliver, and improve learning products, programs, and services.
• Supports and collaborates with project teams to prepare, coordinate, document, and/or provide the development and delivery of learning products and services.
• Other tasks as assigned within the training department.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.

OR

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years).

In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience conducting on the job training in a regulated environment
• Familiar with FDA requirements, particularly documentation requirements
• Ability to use ADDIE or other training models to design training programs.
• Good understanding of adult learning principles.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Virginia is $55,000.00–$85,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
