Job Summary:
It involves handling various payroll-related tasks. This includes managing payroll processing, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and handling individual tax and social security contributions. The role also requires good technical aptitude in payroll, finance, and systems, as well as knowledge of India Payroll.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of India Payroll, statutory requirements, and compliance.
- Ensures accurate, timely payroll processing.
- Efficiently manages payroll queries and supports employee concerns.
- Proficient in payroll, finance, and related systems.
- Knowledgeable about compensation, benefits, and related settlements.
- Manages full and final settlements per policy and law.
- Understands gratuity eligibility and calculations.
- Familiar with leave encashment and statutory obligations.
- Aware of Provident Fund and Employees' State Insurance (ESI) requirements.
- Handles individual tax calculations and reconciliation.
