Position Responsibilities:

Lead a team that spans our AMXL Cross docks, Fulfillment Centers, and Sort centers to plan labor capacity, drive throughput improvements, and establish a hiring strategy to support our operations to get products closest to our customers. Execute initiatives to improve our first leg of the supply chain. This team manages labor planning functions and assumptions establishing the short-term capacity plan. Own driving the strategy of weekly planning as well as partnering with teams across operations, safety, PXT, and Supply chain to create accurate and executable plans. Define the strategy around HVE staffing, assumptions standardization, and work with supply chain team to establish parameters for volume that can be supported by the operations. Serve as the executional owner for multiple high-visibility goals and initiatives. Work across multiple VP, and SVP-level, orgs and have single-threaded accountability for the efficiency of staffing.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Operations, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field and seven years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have two years of experience in the following skills: (1) leading direct manager and individual contributor reports, including development and performance management; and (2) experience with data-driven decision making, including working with Excel and SQL.
