The Amazon Now team is a passionate group of mission-focused leaders working on an exciting new initiative - deliveries in under 30 minutes. In this role, you will work with a wide range of stakeholders across operational, technical, business, retail, and finance teams to drive overall selection, customer experience, and business performance. The role will focus on expanding Amazon Now's presence across homepage and search experiences, driving both organic discovery and direct ingress to ensure customers can easily find and access our service. Your work will directly to impact the shopping experience of millions of customers globally by operationalizing this exciting new service.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
