About the role:

The Value Architect is the analytical engine of the Reinvention Force. This role builds and owns the financial models, value cases, and AI impact quantification that underpin every transformation engagement.  Value Architects are embedded in each engagement — focused on identifying and sizing value opportunities and tracking and reporting value realization. Together they ensure every reinvention decision is grounded in data and every milestone connects back to measurable business impact.

The work:

• Define value KPIs for each transformation program and ensure teams apply business process standards from the Process Blueprint Lead
• Build the value identification framework mapping each reinvention initiative to specific, quantified business outcomes (FTE capacity, cost, revenue, cycle time)
• Develop and maintain financial models covering investment, value, timeline, and risk — keeping them current as engagements evolve
• Produce value realization reports tracking actual outcomes against the business case and surfacing early signals of delivery success or risk
• Support preparation of C-suite and Board-level materials translating quantitative analysis into clear executive narrative
• Apply the Wharton economic value model and Accenture's Reinvention Roadmap to size opportunity across speed to market, capacity, decision quality, and experience dimensions

Candidates must have at least 5 years of combined experience in the following areas:

• Financial modeling, value case development, or business case analysis at a top-tier consulting firm, corporate finance function, or in-industry strategy role, with demonstrated ability to build and defend complex investment cases.
• A proven track record developing and presenting financial models — including DCF, NPV, sensitivity analysis, and scenario modeling — to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience quantifying the business impact of technology or AI investments, translating technical capabilities into P&L impact with appropriate rigor.
• Strong data literacy and ability to produce clear, executive-ready analytical narrative from complex quantitative work.
• Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams including consultants, technologists, and change practitioners.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as client and business needs require.

Preferred skills/experience:

• MBA or advanced degree in finance, economics, or a quantitative discipline.
• Experience with the Wharton AI economic value model or equivalent ROI quantification frameworks for enterprise AI programs.
• Familiarity with Life Sciences value drivers across Life Sciences enterprise, commercial, manufacturing, and regulatory functions.
• Experience with advanced analytics or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
• Exposure to AI FinOps and the economic modeling of agentic AI infrastructure costs within transformation business cases.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
