Integration Engineer

Join Accenture and help organisations unlock the full potential of Workday Financials. In this role, you will work independently as a subject-matter expert, contributing to solution discussions and delivering scalable integration architecture aligned with business needs.

You will:

• Design and deliver technology architecture for Workday platforms, products and client engagements—from development through to operations.
• Lead the design and delivery of Workday Financial integrations.
• Contribute to sales and solutioning activities, helping shape technology architecture and integration approaches.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions align with strategic goals.
• Assess existing architecture and recommend improvements to performance, security and scalability.
• Develop integration architecture blueprints, estimates and supporting technical documentation.
• Document key architectural designs and decisions to support knowledge sharing and future development.
• Provide thoughtful solutions to complex technical and business challenges.

Here’s What You’ll Need

• Advanced experience in Workday Financial integrations.
• Experience with integration architecture and security.
• At least one year of experience in Workday Financials, integration architecture or a closely related field.
• A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering or another relevant discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• The ability to work independently and contribute confidently to technical and stakeholder discussions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Advanced experience developing integration architecture blueprints and solution designs.
• Experience estimating integration architecture and delivery requirements.
• Knowledge of cloud-computing environments.
• Experience with data modelling.
• An understanding of business-process analysis.
• Previous consulting or client-facing experience.
