We develop and manage Apple’s global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world.
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Facilities Services Coordinator to provide comprehensive operational, administrative, and technical support. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering seamless daily workplace operations, coordinating moves, adds, and changes (MAC), supporting events, liaising with vendors, and delivering exceptional customer service across our campus and facilities.
Description
As a Facilities Services Coordinator, you will oversee day-to-day facilities tasks, proactively addressing both technical and soft service needs to maintain a safe, clean, productive, and inspiring work environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily site operations across facilities, ensuring consistent, high-performance delivery of soft and hard services.
Oversee the work order database, including ticket dispatch, job plan development, status tracking, and resolution of corrective and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) requests.
Support building audits and routine facility inspections to maintain operational compliance, safety standards, and high workplace quality.
Assist Facility Managers with ad-hoc repairs, unplanned requests, and special project execution.
Coordinate and support workplace reconfigurations, furniture moves, space decommissioning, and campus events in alignment with business partner needs.
Maintain and optimize inventory, logistics, and nomenclature for furniture assets and workplace equipment.
Prepare and communicate move and event schedules with functional peer groups, project managers, and internal stakeholders.
Serve as a key liaison for internal business units, landlords, and external service providers/contractors.
Coordinate external technical resources, ensuring projects and maintenance tasks are executed safely, on time, within scope, and aligned with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Assist with facilities contract reviews to monitor service quality, verify compliance, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Manage facilities documentation, operational records, procedures, and tools.
Assist with financial administration, including timely vendor invoice processing, purchase orders, OPEX/budget planning support, and financial variance tracking.
Prepare accurate reports, status updates, and presentations (e.g., Keynote) for management and cross-functional partners.
Actively identify and implement continuous operational improvements to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and workflow automation.
Serve as a primary point of contact for site service inquiries, delivering prompt, professional, and positive customer support to all employees and visitors.
Collaborate with regional and global facilities peers to share best practices, implement consistent operational standards, and provide backup coverage across sites when required.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of relevant facilities management, workplace services, or moves and changes coordination experience in a fast-paced corporate/campus environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Facility Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
Working knowledge of facility operations, guest services, and basic technical building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
Demonstrated experience coordinating external vendors, contractors, and service providers against established Service Level Agreement and scopes of work.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and stakeholder requests concurrently in a dynamic, results-driven setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface professionally with all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Technical & Software Proficiency: Skilled in Apple OS (macOS/iOS), iWork suite (Keynote, Pages, Numbers), Microsoft Office, work order systems, Box, Tableau, and basic familiarity with space planning/AutoCAD tools.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about end-user experience, workplace hospitality, and delivering responsive, high-touch customer service.
Financial & Administrative Acumen: Solid understanding of facilities administration, operational and capital expenditure budgeting, invoice management, and contract compliance.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Self-starter with strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills; capable of operating autonomously and navigating ambiguous, fast-moving situations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with internal business units, project management teams, and global peers across multiple time zones.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $33.09 and $49.68/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
