Amazon is seeking a Sales Account Representative to join the Amazon Books team. In this full cycle sales role, the candidate will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the customer's entire sales journey, including sales calls, product demonstrations, pricing and order placement for book-related products. This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow new programs within the Amazon Books space. The position also maintains strong collaborative partnerships with Amazon Business Account Executives to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive book program awareness to booksellers across the United States while prospecting new accounts
- Provide ongoing account management to develop and grow existing customer relationships
- Conduct business reviews and discovery with customers and prospects to align Amazon Books solutions with their needs.
- Research and maintain current knowledge of the evolving competitive landscape and product offerings
- Maintain accurate account information and sales pipeline in Salesforce, including forecasting and activity prioritization to achieve quarterly quota goals
- Gather and report Voice of Customer feedback to influence product roadmap development
- Partner with Amazon Business to represent the company at conferences throughout the year
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive deal closure and business growth
- Balance core account responsibilities while managing additional projects when necessary

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
