Apple University Partners in the Strategic Partnerships and Planning team each own a specific area of focus for Apple University, leading an audience category, curriculum area, or discipline. In their focus area, they drive a portfolio of efforts in line with AU’s overall priorities. Relationships they build foster insight about what Apple’s leaders and teams need. The reciprocity they build with global communities gives AU a platform for driving alignment in the learning landscape, building programming integrated with business imperatives, and amplifying awareness of AU’s current and emerging efforts. Internally, they work collaboratively with Product and Platform teams to anticipate trends and position AU to be nimble and opportunistic — delivering precisely what Apple needs at precisely the right time.

Description

This Apple University Partner will be our Senior Leader Program Coordinator. This role owns and drives program coordination of the Apple Leadership Development Program (ALDP) as well as AU’s overall senior leader curriculum as part of the Leaders and Organization area of focus. Program coordination includes: Audience planning in partnership with the program leads; participant management; operational and event support; faculty liaising; production liaising; administrative support for the leads; managing a master calendar of program milestones and deliverables; and support for measurement and analysis. The role also provides coordination for team scheduling and support for other needs of the Strategic Partnerships and Planning team.

Responsibilities

Own and manage all program logistics for ALDP and the full gamut of senior leadership programs at AU.
Provide operational support for enrollment, production, and participant communications in collaboration with the Platforms team and the Planning team.
Partner closely with the ALDP Program Leads to shepherd development of new classes, cases and program materials as well as budding relationships with LOBs that will partner with AU on the ALDP.
Liaise across the ALDP Faculty Liaisons, providing 1:1 support as needed.
Own and manage all participant experience communication and fulfill individual requests as needed.
Coordinate producers, faculty, leads across the program. Schedule team meetings, content reviews, and other forums as needed.
Manage inventory of class materials.
Manage measurement vehicles as designed by program leads.
Provide some administrative support for the Strategic Partnership & Planning team as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

3-5 years experience managing a global, high-touch educational program for senior leaders.
Demonstrated effectiveness working across many education-related functions, including teaching, curriculum development, planning and event management.
Possesses excellent organizational skills and is skilled at creating alignment around team process.
Comfort liaising and organizing the efforts of a diverse set of audiences, including faculty and senior leaders.
Pristine written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with high-level vs granular direction and exercise good judgment to fill in the blanks.
Experience shepherding a number of different high-stakes initiatives with an ability to reprioritize work seamlessly when priorities change.

Preferred Qualifications

An orientation towards delivering “surprise and delight” in AU’s participant experience.
Discretion and savvy in communicating and interacting with senior leaders.
Initiative to prototype new solutions for enhancing the program execution, including but not limited to the participant experience, the internal coordination across faculty liaisons, and program materials development.
Attention to detail that ensures the highest standard of operational excellence, particularly in all dimensions shaping the participation experience, including but not limited to the communication, classroom materials, and event execution.
An ability to navigate both “consistency and customization” when it comes to program execution, i.e., ensuring certain standards are executed across across the program but also knowing when an exception needs to be made to deliver for a specific audience or need.
Capacity to connect across the ALDP team — identify and ensure opportunities for the group to convene, identify moments to assemble other team members for informing, and offer continual suggestions for improvement with the partnering and curriculum/experience leads.
Being relentlessly proactive, seeing around corners to anticipate potential conflicts or pitfalls, raising issues preventatively and providing alternatives to the leads, cueing up important decisions to keep program deliverables on time.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $114,900 and $172,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
