About the Industry & Process Consulting Graduate Track

The Industry & Process Consulting graduate track focuses on helping organizations translate business ambitions into practical action and sustainable business outcomes.

Depending on your team and project assignments, you may work on challenges with either an industry or functional focus, such as supply chain, finance, customer transformation, workforce transformation and AI-enabled enterprise transformation.

Industry & Process Consulting focuses primarily on helping organizations improve performance, redesign how work gets done and translate strategic ambitions into operational results.

Consulting helps organizations answer questions such as:

• How can we simplify and improve the way we work?

As part of project teams, you'll help clients solve complex business challenges and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

• Conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops and research
• Identifying opportunities to improve performance and create value
• Supporting organizational change and adoption initiatives

• Developing recommendations, business cases and presentations for client stakeholders

You will work closely with experienced consulting teams while receiving ongoing coaching to support your development.

• Have a master's degree or will receive your degree before September 2027
• Can start at Accenture in September 2027
• Have strong academic results in a relevant field
• Are an analytical problem-solver with strong business acumen
• Have an interest in consulting, transformation, operations or business development
• Are curious about how organizations operate and create value
• Are interested in how AI, data and technology are transforming business performance
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Are collaborative, proactive and eager to learn
• Are fluent in English and Swedish both verbally and in writing

Relevant educational backgrounds may include Business & Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Human Resources and related disciplines.

Office and Start Date

We are recruiting graduates to our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö, with a start date in September 2027. Depending on the assignment, work may take place from an Accenture office, a client location or remotely as part of multidisciplinary teams. Flexibility and mobility are therefore expected.
