Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a deep understanding of how to translate business requirements into functional software solutions, ensuring that the applications developed align with organizational goals. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and optimize performance, while also adapting to evolving business environments and priorities. The engineer actively participates in the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and ongoing support, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and user-friendly.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
- Strong expertise in configuring and customizing Salesforce applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce solutions with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Familiarity with data management, validation rules, workflows, and automation within Salesforce environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues to maintain seamless application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
