Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that span multiple disciplines. The role focuses on integrating various components within the ecosystem to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. Daily activities include continuous testing efforts covering security, application programming interfaces, and regression scenarios. The position also involves developing and executing automation strategies, creating automated test scripts, and managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, the role requires active participation in code reviews, defect monitoring, and reporting to foster ongoing improvements in the testing process from start to finish.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to establish and maintain best practices in quality assurance and testing methodologies.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Business Assets, Workday Financial Accounting Core.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
- In-depth understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Workday Business Assets.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
- A mandatory Workday certification required for the primary skill is required.
