Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous alignment of development efforts with organizational goals, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and maintain high performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders and managing the workflow to meet project milestones are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering an environment of innovation and technical excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to optimize development processes and delivery timelines.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SnapLogic.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Expertise in ensuring software solutions meet performance and quality benchmarks.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SnapLogic.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.
