- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development.
- Strong expertise in database design and optimization techniques related to SAP HANA environments.
- Experience in developing complex data models and analytical views to support business intelligence requirements.
- Ability to write efficient and maintainable SQL scripts and procedures within SAP HANA.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting in SAP HANA systems.
- Capability to work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP HANA solutions with other enterprise applications.
