Summary:
As a Project Manager, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously tracking the progress of deliverables. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to align expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving business needs and priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, Automation, ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, AIOPS, Integrations.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and develop strategic solutions.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Capability to monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
