Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable solutions.
- Experience in leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Ability to design and implement high-performance, maintainable code aligned with business needs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to support multi-team collaboration.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges in a timely manner.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).
- A 15 years full time education is required.
