Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current technology environments and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud platforms. This role includes planning and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The position requires collaboration with various teams to align migration strategies with business goals, focusing on delivering innovative cloud-based solutions that support future growth and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development of migration strategies that optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall cloud migration capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure components and migration methodologies.
- Experience with designing scalable and high-performance cloud solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and recommend appropriate cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with both private and public cloud environments and their integration.
- Skilled in planning and executing data and application migration projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
