Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management within enterprise resource planning environments.
- Experience in integrating custom software solutions with existing SAP modules.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and modern software engineering practices.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing software components for enhanced performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
