Summary:
As a Business Architect, your typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. You will engage in gathering and documenting high-level requirements and shaping comprehensive business solutions. Your role includes translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and designing effective operating models. Additionally, you will support organizational transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are accurately captured and addressed.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business objectives with technology capabilities.
- Assist in monitoring project progress and provide insights to optimize outcomes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
- Ability to develop and document business cases and operational models.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Capability to guide and support transformation initiatives within complex environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
