As an Application Implementation Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- As an E2Open Global Trade Management technical SME, collaborate with global clients and drive outcome-based discussions with cross-functional teams.
- Design and implement new business processes based on customer requirements.
- Analyze current processes and develop innovative solutions leveraging established methods and tools.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and ensure alignment on key decisions.
- Facilitate discussions to drive collaboration and enhance overall performance.
- Contribute to the development of strategies that prepare the organization for change.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in E2Open Global Trade Management.
- Expertise in E2Open GTM software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams through complex software development projects.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges impacting multiple teams.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability considerations in software design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to technical decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Master proficiency in E2Open Global Trade Management.
- Master proficiency in Application Architecture Design.
- Expert proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools.
- Expert proficiency in Business Process Design.
- Expert proficiency in Functional Designs.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have 6-12 years of experience in E2Open Global Trade Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
