Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves steering the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous oversight of code quality, system scalability, and performance to align with evolving business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain a cohesive technical strategy and to address challenges proactively is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and efficiency within the team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software architecture with business requirements and strategic objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture, Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Dassault Systemes SolidWorks, Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principles within the .NET ecosystem.
- Experience in managing and optimizing software performance and scalability in complex environments.
- Ability to conduct thorough code reviews and implement quality assurance processes.
- Familiarity with integration of custom software solutions into broader enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in .NET Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
