Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong experience in developing and customizing SAP applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to optimize and enhance existing SAP ABAP code for improved performance on HANA databases.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA database concepts and integration techniques.
- Skilled in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting SAP ABAP programs to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Experience in collaborating with functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
