Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that meet unique business requirements. The role includes coding, testing, and refining various components within systems or applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring the delivery of efficient and scalable software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to achieve project goals. - Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and performance. - Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize delivery timelines. - Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in DevOps. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines. - Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools. - Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and scalable system architectures. - Proficiency in monitoring, logging, and performance tuning of applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
