Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the defined requirements. The position demands proactive communication and collaboration across teams to drive progress and resolve challenges, while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality, tailored software solutions that align with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
- Strong knowledge of financial management processes within utility industries.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies related to SAP utilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
