Key job responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders to develop their talent strategy to support business growth while maintaining an engaging, respectful and fun work environment
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, performance management and skills assessment and development
• Coach business partners in career development, leadership and management practices
• Assist in the development and implementation of people plans and solutions in order to deliver results and sustain a work environment where all employees can thrive and grow
• Analyze business metrics and recommend systemic improvements
• Partner with the business to lead talent reviews, focused on succession planning, employee growth and development and organizational health priorities
• Provide compensation guidance to leaders for all compensation actions including the annual compensation review and promotions
• Use data and org health metrics to make decisions and keep leadership informed
• Partner with the central HR Partner organization to effectively enable managers, address various employee relations issues, and drive results for the organization
• Lead or contribute to various cross-team and/or cross-organizational PXT projects
• Support the development of leadership pipeline and capability building initiatives across engineers, product, and science teams
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience- 10+ years of leadership work as an HR generalist, preferably in a high tech environment experience

- Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
