Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a deep understanding of how to translate business requirements into functional software solutions, ensuring that the applications developed align with organizational goals. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and optimize performance, while also adapting to evolving business challenges and technological advancements. The engineer actively participates in the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and ongoing support, fostering innovation and efficiency within the team and the broader organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and innovative approaches within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with C# Programming Language.
- Strong capability in customizing and extending Salesforce Conga CPQ solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce Conga CPQ with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to configuration and deployment of CPQ solutions.
- Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control, testing, and documentation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
