Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The lead ensures that development practices meet established standards, focusing on creating scalable and high-performance solutions that align with the broader business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of project progress are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering an environment of innovation and quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software architecture and delivery processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siebel Open UI.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices related to custom software development.
- Experience in leading technical teams and managing complex software projects.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance software solutions.
- Familiarity with code quality assurance techniques and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Siebel Open UI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
