As a CX Manager, you will go beyond recruitment execution to design differentiated, insight-led candidate journeys, influence hiring strategies, and strengthen Pfizer’s position as an employer of choice. You will partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and PX stakeholders to deliver consistent, fair, and high-quality experiences while enabling speed and agility.

How You Will Achieve It

1. Talent Strategy & Advisory

  • Partner with business leaders to define hiring strategies and success profiles

2. Candidate Experience & Process Excellence

  • Design consistent, transparent, and personalized candidate journeys
  • Ensure timely communication, feedback loops, and closure

3. Digital & Data-Driven Hiring

  • Leverage platforms (ATS, AI sourcing tools, interview tech)

4. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Lead innovative sourcing strategies (direct, internal, partnerships)

5. Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Enablement

  • Build hiring manager capability through coaching and training
