Sr. Data Process Specialist

Summary: 

• The Sr. Data Process Specialist partners with Data Analysts in delivering flawlessly executed processes and data reports that improve business efficiency and drive results. This role works collaboratively with Data Analysis Leads, Tech teams and other Stakeholders as needed on tasks using a range of data sources and analytic tools to support critical business initiatives. The Sr. Data Process Specialist partners with Operations Managers and leaders to track key metrics and support day-to-day management of business needs. This associate also manages and monitors processes to ensure they are followed correctly and contribute to ongoing process refinement.

General Responsibilities: 

• Create new report/dashboards as well as deploying enhancements to existing reports/dashboards

• Create basic data scripts

• Assist with data ecosystem and infrastructure enhancements

• Perform and administrate release management

• Manage reports and dashboards for Leaders/Stakeholders to track key metrics and support day to day management of the business

• Modify data scripts necessitated by changes in upstream/downstream environments

• Run and manage existing data production jobs while providing quality oversight on timely and accurate delivery

• Contribute towards User Acceptance Testing for new data sources

• Run the data product Governance process for the team

• Day to day oversight of multiple processes: monitor, report, and plan process improvement or redesign initiatives; define, establish, and manage process controls; identify process improvement opportunities and implement them through collaboration with other groups such as the Risk office, BRO and management; make final recommendations for approval on changes. 

• Collect, analyze and measure process data, to initiate sustainable business practices and procedures and for reporting to senior leadership and executives; review data for trends and gaps in the process that may require additional review. 

• Resolve complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes; escalate breakdowns in the process by asking the right questions and identify/involve the right stakeholders to correct breakdowns. 

• Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Basic Qualifications: 

• At least 1 year experience in SQL programming and Visualization 

• At least 1 year of experience in Process management or Project management

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience

Role Requirements:

• Amenable to work in a hybrid set up in Alabang, Muntinlupa; pre dominantly work from home

• Amenable to work in the mid shift schedule 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of experience in SQL programming, Visualization, or SQL

• 2+ years of experience in Process management or Project management
