Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires integrating these solutions into robust production pipelines, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises environments. The engineer actively works on implementing generative AI models and may engage in diverse areas such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbot development, and image processing. Collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless deployment and operational excellence is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and efficiency in AI-driven projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions to meet project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align AI initiatives with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong knowledge of cloud AI services and their integration into production pipelines.
- Experience with generative AI models and their practical application in real-world solutions.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to develop and deploy AI applications involving chatbots and image processing.
- Competence in managing end-to-end AI system development, including data preprocessing and model optimization.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
