Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the role involves coordinating efforts across multiple teams to achieve seamless integration and successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system reliability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation for custom solutions.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery timelines.
- Ability to ensure scalability and performance optimization in complex software systems.
- Skilled in code review processes and maintaining high standards of software quality.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technical decisions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).
- A 15 years full time education is required.
