Summary:
In the role of ServiceNow Senior BPC, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The role demands continuous evaluation of code quality, system scalability, and performance to align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain a cohesive and efficient development environment is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and delivering robust software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with business requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical guidance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
