Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, your day involves acting as a software detective, diligently investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. You will engage in dynamic problem-solving activities, ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of critical applications. Your role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities related to SAP BTP Datasphere environments.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining cloud-based business applications.
- Ability to work with complex system architectures and integrate multiple components.
- Effective communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
