- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of software solutions that align with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Strong knowledge of data processing and analytics workflows within cloud environments.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with integration of data platforms with enterprise systems and APIs.
- Competence in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
