Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with various teams to monitor application health and troubleshoot issues is an integral part of the work routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong understanding of software as a service application architecture and deployment models.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and their application in customizing packaged software.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of release management processes and version control systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
