Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands continuous alignment of project outcomes with business needs, fostering collaboration among team members, and maintaining a focus on delivering scalable and high-performing software solutions. The lead actively monitors progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates communication across various stakeholders to drive successful project completion.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate diverse software components effectively.
- Facilitate continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Boomi Atomsphere Integration.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing integration solutions using Boomi Atomsphere Integration.
- Experience in managing and optimizing middleware platforms to support complex enterprise workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Familiarity with API management, data transformation, and cloud-based integration services.
- Skilled in collaborating with development teams to align integration strategies with overall software architecture.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Boomi Atomsphere Integration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
