Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive assessments of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to clients. This role requires defining high-level customer requirements and designing the necessary business solutions and frameworks to support these opportunities. The Business Architect also develops detailed business cases that align with the strategic vision, ensuring that proposed initiatives are viable and impactful. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand and shape business needs is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering alignment between business goals and solution delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of business architecture artifacts that support strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and align stakeholders on business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing business processes that align with organizational goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate business needs and technical concepts clearly.
- Capability to develop comprehensive business cases that justify investments and guide decision-making.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
