Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a deep understanding of how to translate business requirements into functional software solutions, ensuring that the applications developed align with organizational goals. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and optimize performance, while also adapting to evolving business environments and priorities. The engineer actively participates in the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and ongoing support, ensuring seamless integration and usability across platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration techniques within Salesforce environments.
- Experience in translating complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to trade promotion management applications.
- Familiarity with integration concepts and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
