Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves delivering expert consulting services to organizations undergoing complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. The role includes advising clients on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value levers to enhance business outcomes. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements cutting-edge technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals and driving impactful change across the enterprise landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions with clients to understand their enterprise platform needs and challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across teams to enhance overall project delivery.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing enterprise platform solutions using Workday Studio.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Skilled in integrating Workday Studio with other enterprise systems and platforms.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within Workday Studio environments.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Studio.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
