Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based or on-premises pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer applies generative artificial intelligence models to enhance system capabilities and may work on diverse projects including deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with various teams to align technical implementations with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring innovative and efficient AI-driven solutions are delivered.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI models ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize AI system performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing AI-driven applications using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
- In-depth understanding of deep learning architectures, neural networks, and their practical applications.
- Ability to develop and maintain production-quality AI pipelines ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Experience with conversational AI technologies such as chatbots and natural language processing.
- Familiarity with image processing techniques and their integration into AI solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
