Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or software as a service solutions. This role requires managing the configuration, integration, and release processes to ensure seamless delivery. The position also involves establishing platform standards that maintain system stability and optimize performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across various teams and proactive problem-solving are integral to driving the evolution of these solutions in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design principles and best practices.
- Experience with cloud service integration and deployment strategies.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with automation tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Capability to troubleshoot complex cloud architecture issues and optimize resource utilization.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
