Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves delivering expert consultation on business and system integration to support clients in implementing efficient and effective solutions. This role requires engaging with clients to comprehend their needs and translating those into practical business and technology strategies. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application solutions that align with business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that technology implementations meet the intended business requirements is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of integration strategies that align with client business goals.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- Experience with designing and implementing integration solutions using cloud-based platforms.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and integration patterns.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across diverse systems.
- Familiarity with API management and service-oriented architecture concepts.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integration solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- This position is based at our AMDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
