As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of technical solutions with organizational goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and driving the delivery of scalable and efficient software products that address complex business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical capabilities and project contributions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize productivity and quality.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code reviews and testing protocols.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and tools.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project deliverables effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
