As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to align expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving business needs and priorities.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication channels among cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and project contributions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Generative AI.
- Strong project management capabilities with experience in coordinating complex initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues that impact multiple teams and project outcomes.
- Skilled in risk management and mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Competence in resource allocation and team leadership to drive performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Generative AI.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
