Summary:
As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the progress of substantial and intricate technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations. This role requires close collaboration with project sponsors to effectively manage project scope and mitigate risks. The day is also dedicated to steering the team towards maintaining high service standards and controlling costs to support the overall success and profitability of the projects. Additionally, the role involves proactively engaging with sales teams by offering innovative solutions and ensuring excellence in delivery to foster ongoing business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of technology projects.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies relevant to technology delivery.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within complex technology projects.
- Ability to analyze and optimize service quality and cost efficiency in project delivery.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Capability to innovate and support sales efforts through technical expertise and solution-oriented approaches.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- This position is based at our BDC9 - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
