Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational requirements and translating them into effective software solutions. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and provide seamless user experiences. The engineer actively participates in refining application functionalities and adapting configurations to evolving business demands, ensuring that the software remains efficient and relevant throughout its lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software development with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management processes within utility industries.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP for Utilities CRM modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP for Utilities CRM and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in analyzing business processes and translating them into technical specifications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities CRM.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
