Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project requirements, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals. The workday includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into effective software configurations, while also refining and optimizing existing applications to enhance performance and usability. The role demands adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a dynamic work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve efficiency and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform.
- Experience in application design and configuration within the Pega environment.
- Strong understanding of business process management and workflow automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data handling within enterprise applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Pega Platform.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
