Regional Data Center Manager

Our data centers, and the thousands of servers installed in them, are the foundation upon which our creative products and services are delivered. Our internal customers are hundreds of engineers whose work continually presents us with hard problems to solve. We are looking for a highly motivated Data Center Manager to join our team. Having depth and breadth knowledge of working in data centers in a large-scale distributed environment is a strength you'll need.

What you will be doing:

• Build and lead a world class Data Center Operations team with diverse talents and skill sets. The Data Center Operations team is responsible for the hardware operations support, network operations support, and supporting infrastructure at scale.
• Establish NVIDIA’s strategic approach to global Data Center growth and operations. Anticipate growth and scaling issues before they occur and implement solutions to address them.
• Work with cross-organizational business partners to establish a Data Center Lab support model.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to measure organizational performance and develop strategies for continuous optimization.
• Establish strong business relationships with internal and external partners. Break down functional silos to foster a transparent and collaborative business unit.
• Facilitate key meetings and other communication instruments to align executive and senior leadership on Data Center status, growth roadmap, and key cross-functional initiatives.
• Identify, track, and prioritize key risks. Develop mitigation strategies to counter risks.
• Establish processes and workflows to transition from reactive responses to proactive and planned services.

What we need to see:

• Positive, high-energy attitude
• BS, BA, or BEng degree in technical field (or equivalent experience). Master's degree preferred
• 10+ overall years of relevant experience across data center operations, infrastructure, hardware, and networking, including people management
• 4+ years leading distributed and diverse teams
• Tolerance for ambiguity, flexibility, and a willingness to implement ideas from others
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs through shifting priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with quantitative, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to share concise conclusions, and then provide supporting analysis as needed
• Enjoys finding solutions to problems by being passionate, creative and tech savvy

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• A demonstrated drive to get things done in a fast-paced technology environment and attention to detail with superb interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Deep understanding of data center power, cooling, network, and cabling infrastructure.
• Experience with NetBox, CMMS, SNOW and Inventory Management tools.
• You're a self-starter with a mindset for growth, continuous learning, and constantly looking to improve the team.
• Self-motivated, high EQ, can work with anyone from SVP to field engineer to customer along with a positive attitude, strategic outlook, and strong powers of persuasion and negotiation.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 276,000 USD.Applications for this job will be accepted at least until September 24, 2026.
